降冰片烯加成聚合催化剂的研究进展

【摘要】 按照催化剂中心金属的类型,综述了降冰片烯加成聚合催化剂的发展和催化体系的特点。降冰片烯加成聚合催化剂分为3类:前过渡金属钛和锆催化剂;后过渡金属钯和镍催化剂;铬、钴、钒和稀土金属等催化剂。在介绍了文献工作的基础上,对中科院化学研究所在镍配合物催化降冰片烯聚合领域的研究结果进行了简单的总结,阐述了这类镍催化剂的简易合成和结构特点,以及催化条件变化对产物性能的影响。

【Abstract】 Poly(norbornene) as novel engineering plastics has attracted great attention of chemists and engineers because of its various applications as thermostable,optical,dielectric and photoresist polymers.To promote Chinese academic and industrial consideration of poly(norbornene),the current review covers catalysts for vinyl-polymerization of norbornene in three types according to active metallic centers:early-transition Ti and Zr metals,late-transition Pd and Ni metals,and others metals.In addition,a series of novel nickel catalysts were easily prepared and showed high activity for vinyl polymerization of norbornene.A bright future of this project is expected,and poly(norbornene) will be important engineering plastics in future material science.
