低温沉淀法制备固体超强酸及其对酯化反应的催化作用
Study on Solid Superacid SO42-/ZrO2-TiO2 Prepared by Precipitating and Aging at Low Temperature and its Catalytic Properties in Esterification
【摘要】 采用低温沉淀陈化法制备了复合固体超强酸SO2-4/ZrO2-TiO2,并用其催化合成乙酸乙酯,筛选出了最佳的催化剂制备条件。实验结果表明,此制备工艺可以提高催化剂的硫含量,降低硫组分的损失,使催化剂具有良好的催化活性和稳定性。
【Abstract】 Solid superacid SO2-4/ZrO2-TiO2 was prepared by precipitating and aging at low temperature.The optimal catalyst preparation conditions were selected according to catalytic activity in esterification of acetic acid to ethyl acetate.The preparation process could enhance sulphur content of solid superacid and reduce the loss of sulphur.The catalyst possessed fine catalytic activity and stability.
