固体钽电解电容器频率特性研究

【摘要】 讨论分析了烧结型固体钽电解电容器电容量C、损耗tgδ、阻抗Z与使用频率f的关系.实验证明,固体钽电解电容器随着f的提高,C值相应下降,tgδ值相应上升.当频率f升到一定值时,阻抗Z出现最小值.同时还探讨了进一步改善固体钽电解电容器频率特性的方法.

【Abstract】 This paper analyzed the relation that the capacitance,consumption and impedance of a solid tantalum electrolysis capacitor varied with the frequency. The experiment result proved that the increasing of the frequency could constantly lead to the decreasing of the capacitance and the enlarging of the consumption correspondingly. When the frequency was increased to some value, the minimum impedance could be found. Ultimately, some methods were given to improve the frequency characteristics.
