覆层的耐液态锌腐蚀性能研究
Study on corrosion resistance of layer in molten zinc
【摘要】 采用膏剂法硼钒共渗,通过正交实验,经金相分析及显微硬度测试,确定最佳膏剂配方和最佳共渗工艺,得到连续致密,与基体结合较为紧密的渗层组织.所获覆层与液态锌不润蚀,静态腐蚀实验结果表明,该覆层具有优良的耐液态锌腐蚀性能.
【Abstract】 By means of orthogonal experiments, microstructure analysis and microhardness tests, an optimal pasty boron-vanadizing technique was obtained. The boron-vanadizing layer has a compact structure, good ductility and tight combination with the matrix and low infiltration capacity in the zinc liquid. Corrosion experiment results show that the layer has excellent corrosion resistance in molten zinc.
