【Abstract】 The effect of Sn,Sb, P, Bi and Cd on the properties of Pb-Sn-Sb-Bi-P-Cd solders is studied. The results of the experiment show that the melting temperature will be improved better when the proper Sn, Bi, Sb, Cd was added to the solders; the wettability will be improved better when the proper Sn, Cd was added to the solders, and the shear strength will be improved better when the proper Sb, Sn, P was added to the solders.更多还原
