井下专用行星减速器中心齿轮有限元分析
Finite element analysis of sun gear of oil-submerged planetary reducer
【摘要】 利用三维机械设计软件SolidWorks和大型工程分析软件ANSYS,基于行星齿轮啮合原理,建立了具有精确齿廓曲线的直齿圆柱齿轮模型,分析了潜油行星减速器中最薄弱的中心轮应力-应变分布状况,给出了渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮齿根弯曲疲劳强度和齿面接触疲劳强度设计校核的有效计算方法,为潜油专用行星减速器可靠性优化设计提供了理论依据.
【Abstract】 Under the direction of theory of engagement, spur gear model with accurate tooth profile is set-up with 3-D mechanical design software (Solidworks) and large-scale engineering analysis software (ANSYS). Stress-strain distribution of sun gear, the weakest part in the oil-submerged planetary gear reducer, is analyzed. Effective calculation method was presented for the check of root bending fatigue strength and tooth surface contact fatigue strength, which gives a theoretical basis for the reliability optimization design of oil-submerged planetary gear reducer.
