通用步进电机升降速控制器设计

【摘要】 介绍了一种基于89C51单片机的通用步进电机升降速控制器.采用可变时间间隔实现升速曲线,采用485接口与主机通信,主机命令字节中有电机号、转速和加速等参数,可灵活适应不同电机数量,不同负载要求.返回给主机的开关量信号可用来反映零位、限位开关等状态.上述特点使本控制器具有很强的通用性.

【Abstract】 This paper introduces a universal speed-up and speed-down controller of step motor based on microcontroller 89C51. Modifiable time interval is used to realize the speed-up and speed-down curve. The 485 communication interface is adopted and parameters such as motor number, speed, acceleration are built in the control command bytes which makes the controller possesses maximum facility that meet the different requirements such as the number of the motors and changeable loads. In addition, the byte that returned to the host computer can be used to indicate the position of zero and the states of safety switches.
