【Abstract】 This paper introduces a universal speed-up and speed-down controller of step motor based on microcontroller 89C51. Modifiable time interval is used to realize the speed-up and speed-down curve. The 485 communication interface is adopted and parameters such as motor number, speed, acceleration are built in the control command bytes which makes the controller possesses maximum facility that meet the different requirements such as the number of the motors and changeable loads. In addition, the byte that returned to the host computer can be used to indicate the position of zero and the states of safety switches.更多还原
