汽车平顺性非线性模拟分析及软件实现
Nonlinear simulation analysis of automobile ride performance and software develpoment
【摘要】 建立了汽车整车振动系统的八个自由度非线性力学模型,考虑了钢板弹簧和减振器的非线性特性,在四轮相关随机路面激励的条件下,采用分步线性化法对整车振动进行了时域模拟和傅立叶谱分析,并通过试验验证了模拟方法准确性.进而对整个模拟过程进行了VisualC++可视化编程,编写的AVAS软件可实现平顺性的分析、预测和参数优化,可作为汽车平顺性设计的辅助工具.
【Abstract】 A nonlinear dynamic model with 8 DOFs of automobile vibration system, which considering the nonlinear characteristics of leaf spring and shock absorber,is built in this paper. Using the multi-step linearization algorithm, the system experiment data indicates that the proposed simulation method is accurate enough. Furthermore, based on the proposed process, a software named AVAS is developed by Visual C++ language, which can be used as an accessorial tool to accomplish analysis, prediction and parameter optimization of the ride performance in automobile design.
