【摘要】 工程项目计划工作的好坏对项目的组织实施、协调控制有着重要的影响。文章结合海洋油气田开发项目的计划编制实例,介绍了工作量分解的具体做法,阐述了工作分解结构在项目计划编制中的主要作用和意义,举例说明了工作量分解的实际应用,指出了在项目计划编制和执行中存在的问题,并提出相应的建议,对指导工程项目计划编制有一定的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In connection with the practical examples of plan workout for offshore oil and gas development projects, the paper describes the concrete modus operandi of workload decomposition, expatiates on the major function and significance of workload decomposition structure in project plan workout and illustrates the practical application.
