薄壁大直径铝镁合金容器制造变形控制的有限元分析

【摘要】 文章以茂名乙烯工程高压聚乙烯装置铝镁合金料仓制作为例,对薄壁大直径铝镁合金容器卧式组装制造的变形进行了有限元数值分析,分析结果及工程实测均表明,薄壁大直径铝镁合金容器的制造必须采取合适的变形控制措施才能采用卧式组装及自动焊技术。文中给出了一种控制变形的加固措施,并对其进行了有限元变形数值分析,分析结果及工程实际应用说明该种变形控制措施可以满足薄壁大直径铝镁合金容器卧式组装及自动焊制造技术对变形控制的要求。

【Abstract】 The finite element analysis on horizontal assembly manufacture deformation of aluminum magnesium alloy vessel with thin wall and large diameter is performed by taking a material vessel of the high pressure polythene equipment in Maoming ethane project as an example. The calculation results and engineering tests show that the horizontal assembly and automatic welding can be made only the adequate deformation control measure is taken for manufacturing vessel with thin wall and large diameter. This paper offers a reinforcing measure of deformation control and the finite element analysis on it. The results as well as the practical engineering application show that the deformation control measure can meet the manufacture demands of horizontal assembly and automatic welding for aluminum magnesium alloy vessel with thin wall and large diameter.
