【摘要】 目的　经导管灌注药物治疗酒精性股骨头坏死的研究。方法　采用Seldinger’s穿刺超选择灌注融通术 ,对 13例患者 ,2 2只酒精性坏死股骨头 ,将扩张血管、溶栓及改善微循环的药物直接注入缺血坏死股骨头的供血动脉内。旋股内、外动脉注入药物前 ,大腿根部用加压止血带捆绑并加压。结果　介入治疗后疼痛的缓解或消失占 10 0 % ,X线、CT复查均有不同程度的骨质修复 ,新骨形成。DSA显示股骨头细小动脉增多 ,供血小动脉增粗 ,静脉显影时间缩短。结论　介入插管治疗酒精性股骨头坏死具有一定价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the perfusion therapy trans-catheten for alcohol-induced necrosis of the femeral head.Methods Interventional therapy by applying Selding’s technique with super-selection and perfusion methed in 13 cases 22 alcohol-induced necrosis of the femeral head were performed,therapeutic medicine was directly injected into the supply artery of femeral head of avascular necrosis .Before administration of mediam into circumflex femoral latenal and medial arteries,thigh root was binded and pressed using tourniquet.Results After interventional therapy,the pain in all patients was alleviated or disappeared.Radiography and CT showed increase in number and bulky,the different degree of bone reconstruction and new bone formation in femeral head.DSA showed the development time of vein was shortened.Conclusion Interventional therapy is of certain value for the alcohol-induced necrosis of the femeral head.更多还原
