ZS6型直线振动筛的优化设计

【摘要】 针对原ZS6型振动筛投入现场应用过程中存在的问题,采取优化设计理论对ZS6型直线振动筛进行了改进设计。以激振频率和隔振系统刚度为设计变量,以隔振系数(传递给底座的动载荷)最小化为目标函数,考虑到16个约束条件,建立了直线振动筛优化设计数学模型。采用综合约束函数双速下降算法编制了优化设计程序,计算出不同设计变量初值情况下的优化设计结果。改进后的ZS6型直线振动筛的激振效果得到改善,从而可大大提高钻井液的净化效果。

【Abstract】 The existing ZS6 linear shale shaker has some faults in the structure. The structural design of the shaker was improved on the optimization theory. A mathematical model for optimization design of the ZS6 linear shale shaker was established. The design variables include the excitation frequency and the stiffness of vibration isolation system. The coefficient of vibration isolation was minimized and taken as an objective function under sixteen restraint conditions. The optimization program was made with synthesized constrained dual-descent method. The results show that the excitation effect of the new ZS6 linear shale shaker was enhanced.
