【摘要】 目的　探讨实验兔的使用次数对热原敏感性产生的影响。方法　用不同使用次数的实验兔进行试验 ,对同一实验兔注射统一规定剂量的细菌内毒素 ,然后每间隔 30min测量实验兔体温一次 ,共 8次。结果　随着实验兔使用次数的增加 ,其体温升高幅度逐渐降低。结论　实验兔在多次使用后对热原的敏感性降低更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To study the effect of repeat use of experiment rabbit and the sensitivity of pyrogen.Method The rabbits were used for different times, but the same does of endotoxin were injected each rabbit, and then the temperature at every 30 minutes within four hours after injection were recorded. Results When the rabbits were reused in the pyrogen fest, the temperature of the rabbits become lower. Conclusion Rabbit’s sensitivity of pyrogen became lower after they were used for several times in pyrogen test.更多还原
