【摘要】 指出了我国是新构造运动活跃的区域,新构造运动引发的活动断裂对城市密集建筑物构成了极大的潜在威胁,如何查明活动断裂、怎样有效避免活动断裂的这种危害是必须解决的课题·在分析新构造运动引发的活动断裂对城市之危害的基础上,论述了刚引入我国并被用来查明活动断裂的地质动力区划方法,然后,提出了城市楼寓、生命线系统的减灾措施·

【Abstract】 Points out that China is the active area of neotectonic movement. The active faults caused by neotectonic movement have constituted a tremendous latency threat to the intensive building in city. The problems that how to find out the active faults and how to avoid the endangerments of active faults effectively must be solved. Based on the analysis of active faults endangerment of city caused by neotectonic movement, the geodynamic zoning method is discussed, which is introduced into our country and applied in finding active faults. Some measures on reducing disasters of urban buildings and urban lifeline system are put forward.
