【Abstract】 The main cause of water table decline is that drainage is the main measure of city construction and drainage system in present. Puts forward that urban planning and the construction of drainage system should be planned as a whole system. The course of combining infiltration with storage and drainage of rainwater should be adopted to let the rainwater infiltrate to underground and improve the actuality of water table decline.
