【摘要】 对于易变形、柔性、薄状物体 ,采用常见的装夹方法在“万工显”上是很难测量的。本文详细叙述了利用“万工显”测量有关此类物体的新方法 ,并进行了测量误差分析 ,指明了测量中应注意的问题 ,对于扩展“万工显”的测量范围及提高测量精度具有借鉴意义更多还原

【Abstract】 The measurement of an easy-deformed flexible thin ob je ct is difficulty by means of usual clamping methods on a universal toolmaker’s microscope.The paper introduces a new measuring method for the kind of object i n detail and analyzes the measuring errors.Some attentively things in the measu rement are also pointed out.The measuring method in the paper has reference mea ning for expanding measuring scope of universal toolmaker’s microscope and impr oving measuring precision.更多还原
