【摘要】 目的　研究胃癌患者围手术期血小板黏附蛋白CD41、CD62p表达的变化 ,为进一步研究肿瘤细胞的生长、转移与血小板黏附蛋白CD41、CD 62 p表达的关系奠定基础 ,为围手术期防凝抗凝提供客观依据。 方法　应用流式细胞术 ,检测 2 1例胃癌患者围手术期CD41、CD 62 p表达的变化 ,同时选择年龄相当的正常人 10例作对照。 结果　与正常人相比 ,胃癌患者CD41、CD62 p表达增多 ,晚期患者表现尤为明显。随着手术的进行 ,CD 41、CD62 p含量逐渐升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,手术结束后 3 0min达高峰 (P <0 .0 1) ,至术后第 7天 ,CD 41、CD62 p已有所下降 ,但仍高于术前水平 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论　胃癌患者血小板黏附蛋白CD41、CD 62 p表达和释放增加 ,处于激活状态。手术促使血小板活化进一步加强 ,术后随时间延长 ,血小板活化程度逐渐恢复。因此在胃癌患者的围手术期内应注意防凝抗凝更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the changes of human platelet glycoprotein CD41 and CD62p and to prevent the thrombotic disease in perioperative period of patients with gastric cancer.The relationship between the activation of platelet and cancer growth and metastasis is also studied.Methods Flow cytometry was applied to study the changes of CD41 and CD62p in 21 cases of gastric cancer and 10 cases of normal control.Results Compared with normal group,the contents of CD41 and CD62p in gastric cancer increased,especially in advanced cancer.They continuously increased during the operation(P<0.05),reaching a peak level 30 minutes after operation.Seven days after operation,the contents of CD41 and CD62p in gastric cancer patients decreased,but still higher than those before operation(P<0.05).Conclusion Platelets are activated in patients with gastric cancer before operation.Operation can further activate human platelets.So the thrombotic disease should be prevented in perioperative period of patients with gastric cancer.更多还原
