【摘要】 目的　观察三维适形放射治疗对晚期消化系肿瘤的近期疗效。方法　 5 0例晚期消化系肿瘤行三维适形放射治疗 ,4 7例全程适形照射DT35～ 5 8Gy/ 5～ 11次 ;3例先常规外照射 30～ 4 0Gy后行三维适形照射 ,DT2 5～ 37Gy/ 5～ 7次。结果　 5 0例晚期消化系肿瘤总有效率为 86 % (43/ 5 0 )。结论　中晚期消化系肿瘤三维适形放疗有助于提高临床疗效 ,改善患者生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of 3-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for patients with malignant tumor of late stage in digestive system. Methods Fifty patients with malignant tumor of late stage in digestive system were treated by 3-dimensional conformal radiotherapy, 47 patients were treated by 3-dimensional conformal radiotherapy entirely (DT:35-58Gy/5-11f), 3 patients were treated by conventional radiotherapy (DT:25-37Gy/5-7f). Results Total response rate of 50 patients was 86%(43/50) Conclusion For patients with malignant tumor of late stage in digestive system, 3DCRT is beneficial to improving clinical effect and patients’ life quality.更多还原
