【摘要】 目的　观察高强度聚焦超声 (HIFU)治疗前后恶性肿瘤病人外周血免疫细胞数量变化。方法　采用流式细胞技术 ,测定 36例恶性肿瘤病人HIFU治疗前及治疗后 1～ 2周外周血CD3+ 、CD4 + 、CD8+ 、CD19+及CD(16 + +5 6 + )细胞数量的变化。自身配对t检验分析检测结果。结果　与治疗前比较 ,HIFU治疗后肿瘤病人外周血CD4 + 数 (P =0 0 0 9)和CD4 /CD8(P =0 0 12 )明显增加 ;治疗后外周血CD3+ 数轻度增加 ,CD8+ 、CD19+ 和CD(16 + +5 6 + )数轻度下降 ,但与治疗前比较无统计学意义。结论　HIFU治疗后恶性肿瘤病人免疫机能增强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the changes of peripheral immune function in patients with solid malignancies treated by high-intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU).Methods Using flow cytometry technique,the percentage of CD3 +,CD4 +,CD8 +,CD19 +,CD(16 ++56 +)in peripheral blood was assessed in 16 patients with solid malignancies before and 1～2 week after HIFU treatment.Measurements were analyzed by Student t test.Results Peripheral CD4 +(P=0 009)and the ratio of CD4/CD8(P=0 012)were significantly increased postoperatively Slight elevation of CD3 +and slight diminish of CD8 +,CD19 +,CD(16 ++56 +)were detected after HIFU treatment but no statistical differences were found pre- and postoperatively (P>0 05).Conclusion Peripheral cellular immune function could be significantly in patients with solid malignancies after HIFU treatment.更多还原
