【摘要】 目的　探讨原发性腹膜后肿瘤的外科治疗。方法　回顾性分析 1992年来原发性腹膜后肿瘤手术切除 10 1例 ,总结提高手术治疗效果的策略。结果　其中良性肿瘤 38例 ,恶性肿瘤 6 3例 ,均经术后病理证实。肿瘤完整切除率71.2 9%。良性肿瘤的手术完整切除率高于恶性肿瘤 ,术中失血少 ,需要合并切除的脏器少 ,术后复发率相对低。全部病人无一例术中死亡。术后复发 33例 ,再次手术 19例。结论　手术完整切除是腹膜后肿瘤治疗首选的方法 ,术前准备非常重要 ,对复发的肿瘤应该争取再次手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the surgical therapy of primary retroperitoneal tumor (PRT).Methods One hundred and one cases of PRT from 1992 to 2001 were retrospectively investigated and the results summarized to improve the effect of surgical therapy.Results Thirty-eight cases of benign tumors and 63 cases of malignant ones were all proved pathologically after therapy. The rate of complete excision was 71.29%. There were a higher rate of complete excision, less blood loss, lower rate of excising adjacent organs and recurrence in benign tumors. No cases died during operation. Thirty-three cases relapsed after operation. Nineteen cases were subjected to re-operation.Conclusion Complete excision is the first choice for therapy of PRT. Sufficient preparation before operation is very important. The re-operation should be considered for patients with recurrent tumors.更多还原
