【摘要】 目的　了解胃腺癌细胞中岛苷酸结合蛋白 (G蛋白 )亚型Gs蛋白α亚单位的表达 ,探讨其与肿瘤发生发展的关系。方法　采用免疫组织化学SP方法 ,检测Gs蛋白α亚单位在培养的胃腺癌细胞和正常胃粘膜上皮细胞中的表达。结果　与正常胃粘膜上皮细胞比较 ,胃腺癌细胞Gs蛋白α亚单位呈强阳性表达 ,定量分析显示其数值明显增高 ,面密度减小而数密度增大。结论　胃腺癌细胞内信息物质增多 ,信号转导过程增强 ,可能有促进肿瘤细胞增殖、分化的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of Gs-protein α-subunit and its role in the gastric adenocarcinoma cells. Methods Gs-protein α-subunit was detected by immunohistochemical method in the gastric adenocarcinoma cells and the gastric mucosa epithelia.Results Expression intensity and the number of Gs-protein α-subunit in the gastric adenocacinoma cells were higher than that in the gastric mucosa epithelia.By comparision with the gastric mucosa epithelia,the gastric adenocarcinoma cells showed a marked increase in the number density and decrease in the surface density .Conclusion Expression of Gs-protein α-subunit contributed to cancer growing and malignant progression in the gastric adenocacinoma cells.[更多还原
