【摘要】 目的　探讨直肠癌患者行全直肠系膜切除术 (TME)的临床疗效。方法　对采用TME方法行根治性切除术的 2 0例直肠癌患者临床资料进行分析。结果　 2 0例均获根治性切除。其中 14例行Dixon手术吻合器吻合 ,6例行Miles手术。术后发生吻合口瘘 1例 ,行结肠造瘘术 ,1例Dixon手术后一年复发 ,行Miles手术根治 ,未再复发 ,术后根据病情开展辅助化疗及放疗 ,其余近期随访无局部复发病例。结论　TME是预防直肠癌术后局部复发 ,提高生活质量的有效措施。直肠癌根治性手术中采用TME手术方法是完全必要的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of the radi al rectectomy with total mesorectal excision in rectal cancer patients.Methods Twenty cases of rectal cancer performed the radial rectectomy with total mesorectal excision were analysis.Results Twenty cases were performed with radical excision successfully,14 done by stapling device,6 done with Miles.One case of leak of anastomosis happened after operation,2 cases were treated with ostomy,one case with Dixon recurrented after one year of the operation and perfonmed the second operation by way of Miles and no recurrence. Assistant chemtheraphy and radiotheraphy were given to the patients according to their,healthy condition. No other case of recurrence presented.Conclusion The mesorectectomy excision can prevent the local recurrence after the operation of rectal carcinoma.It is effective to improve the patients’life quality and necessary to perform the operation of the radical rectal carcinoma rectectomy with the mesorectal excision.更多还原
