【摘要】 目的　研究HSP70在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达。方法　采用免疫组织化学S -P染色法 ,检测 6 3例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中HSP70的表达。结果　HSP70在膀胱移行细胞癌中的阳性表达率为 4 7 6 2 % (30 /6 3)。HSP70的表达与膀胱移行细胞癌的分级和分期呈正相关 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　HSP70在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达与癌组织的分级和分期有关。检测膀胱移行细胞癌中HSP70表达可为临床判断预后提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of HSP70 of transitional cell carcinoma of human bladder.Methods Immunohistochemical study for HSP70 was performed on 63 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma.Results The total positive rate of HSP70 was 47.62%(30/63).The expression of HSP70 was associated with grade and clinical stage of bladder transitional cell carcinoma.Conclusion The expression of HSP70 was associated with grade and clinical stage of bladder ransitional cell carcinoma.The expression of HSP70 may be helpful to decide the treatment for patients with bladder carcinoma and prognosis.更多还原
