【摘要】 目的　观察参附注射液对恶性肿瘤化疗副作用的疗效。方法　 84例中晚期恶性肿瘤随机分为治疗组和对照组各 4 2例 ,对照组根据不同的肿瘤而采用相应的常规化疗方案 ,治疗组在常规化疗的同时每天静脉滴注生理盐水注射液 2 5 0ml+参附注射液 5 0ml,第 1～ 10天。结果　两组治疗效果无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,而治疗组在减轻白细胞下降、血小板减少、纳呆及脱发 ,提高机体免疫功能方面较对照组有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论　参附注射液能减轻化疗药物对机体的毒副作用 ,增强机体的免疫功能 ,提高患者的生存质量 ,值得在临床上广泛应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of shenfu injection to side-effect of chemotherapy of malignant carcinoma.Methods Eighty four patients with advanced stage malignant carcinoma were randomly divided into treating group and control group.Each group 42 patients.The treating group added shenfu injection 50ml iv drid,d1～10 to convitional chemotherapy Regimen according to different carinoma,take 4 weeks as 1 cycle,and 2 cycle as 1 course of treatment.Make same kinds of 42 patients who were hospitalized at the same time were only received chemotherapy as control group,the dose,period,course of treatment of the chemotherapy were all the same with treating group.Results The effective rate between two groups was not significant different (P>0 05) Relieving leucocytopenia,thrombocytopenia,anorexia,alopecia and raise immunological function of patients in the treating group was significant discrepancy than that in the control group(P<0 01).Conclusion The shenfu injection can decrease the side effects of chemotherapy of the patients,raise the immunological function of the patients,improving the quality of life of the patients.It is worthy of further widespread application in clinic.更多还原
