【摘要】 目的　探索血清α L -岩藻糖苷酶 (AFU)测定对原发性肝癌 (PHC)诊断及疗效观察的临床价值。方法　以比色法测定未经治疗的PHC患者 (5 1例 )和治疗后的PHC患者 (4 6例 )的血清AFU值 ,并分别与正常人 (10 0例 )血清AFU值进行比较。结果　两组PHC患者血清AFU值均高于正常对照组 ,差异有显著性(P <0 0 1) ;在PHC患者中 ,未经治疗者的血清AFU值高于已经治疗者 ,差异也有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论　血清AFU测定对于PHC的诊断及疗效观察都有较理想的应用价值 ,是一项值得广泛推广的检测指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical value of serum α-L-Fucosidase(AFU)activity detection in the diagnosis of primary hepatic carcinoma(PHC) and in the survey of curative effect about this disease.Methods Technique of colorimetric was used to detect the serum AFU activity of un-treated(51 cases)or treated(46 cases)patients with primary hepatic carcinoma, as well as 100 normal controls. Comparison was performed between the three groups.Results Serum AFU activity was much higher in patients with PHC (in both untreated and treated groups),comparing with that in the controls. Differences were statistically significant. Within the PHC patients, serum AFU activity was much higher in the un-treated group,than that in the treated.Difference was significant as well.Conclusion Serum AFU activity should be considered as one of the ideal measurements in the diagnosis of PHC, and in evaluation of the curative effect of this disease. So this measurement should be worth spreading.更多还原
