【摘要】 目的　探讨TSGF测定在食管癌患者化疗后 ,放化疗后和术后的应用价值。方法　利用化学比色法测定 10 6例正常组和食管癌各组患者血清TSGF。结果　正常组、治疗前组、化疗后组、放化疗后组和术后组的血清TSGF阳性率分别为 10 0 %、82 6 %、38 9%、36 0 %和 2 5 0 %。结论　对TSGF值持续高水平表达的食管癌患者 ,可检测血清TSGF ,对观察治疗疗效和判定预后具有重要的临床应用价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum TSGF in the patients with esophageal carcinoma after treatment by chemotheropy,rediotheropy and postoperation.Methods The serum TSGF level was detected by chemistry colour campared 106 patients were divieded into normal and the other groups.Results the normal group?preremedy group?afterchemotheropy group?after chemotheropy and radiotheropy group and postoperative group.Positive expession rates of TSGF were 10.0%?82 6%?38 9%?36.0%and 25.0%.Conclusion High expession of TSGF can be used to observe the remedial effect.It can be help edto judg prognosis.Detection of serum TSGF has important clinical signifiance.更多还原
