【摘要】 目的 :了解某钢铁厂噪声对工人身体健康的影响 ,以提供可靠数据 ,制定更好的防护措施。方法 :采用2 2 30型精密声级计 ,参照《工业企业噪声检测规范》对某钢铁厂 6个分厂的噪声点进行了监测。结果 :共监测 2 0 1个点 ,超标点 12 2个 ,设备噪声 5 4个点超标 ,超标率 5 2 4 0 % ;车间噪声 19个点超标 ,超标率 5 4 30 % ;操作室噪声 4 9个点超标 ,超标率 77 80 %。结论 :某钢铁厂噪声污染严重 ,导致作业场所噪声超过了国家卫生标准 ,直接危害到工人的身心健康 ,必须引起用人单位分管职业卫生工作领导的高度重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of noise pollution on workers’ health in a steel iron plant so as to provide reliable data and to propose better protective measures.Methods:According to our national noise monitoring specification of industry organization,noise monitoring was performed by using a precise sound level meter in 6 subordinate plants of a steel iron plant.Results:Among 201 points monitored,122 points overran the standard(60.70%).Of them,54 of 103 points (52.40%) had noise from equipment,19 of 35 points (54.3%) from shop,and 49 of 63 points(77.8%) from working rooms’ noise.Conclusion:Severe noise pollution from the equipment results in significantly overran standard of the noise level in shops and working rooms and directly affect workers’ health so that the leader responsible for occupational health in a plant should attach great importance to noise precaution and control.更多还原
