【摘要】 目的 :探讨椎体间螺纹状植骨融合器在腰椎间融合术中应用的临床效果和适应证。方法 :回顾了 1 998～ 2 0 0 3年间行椎体间螺纹状植骨融合器植入治疗 72例下腰椎疾病患者的临床资料。结果 :所有患者随访均获得了椎体间骨性融合 ,临床疗效优良率为 95 % ,骨融合率为 1 0 0 %。结论 :应用椎体间螺纹状植骨融合器是治疗下腰椎疾患的一种有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the surgical results and clinical outcome with thread fusion cage for lumbar interbody fusions. Mesthods: 72 patients with chronic low back pain were treated by lumbar interbody fusion. Results: All patients achieved solid lumbar interbody bone union at follow-up, the excellent rate was 95% and the fusion rate was 100%. Conclusion: The thread fusion cage implantation has been found to be an effective reliable safe method for lumbar interbody fusion.更多还原
