【摘要】 目的 :观察超强效皮质类固醇激素卤米松乳膏治疗皮炎湿疹类皮肤病的疗效及安全性。方法 :对 2 0 0例湿疹皮炎患者病变程度相同的两部位皮损采用自身单盲对照试验 :治疗侧用卤米松乳膏外搽 ,1次 /d;对照侧用丙酸氯倍他索霜外搽 ,2次 /d。观察 2周 ,并记录皮损变化情况。结果 :1周后 ,治疗侧、对照侧治疗后症状均较疗前明显减轻 ,且治疗侧较对照侧症状好转更为明显 ,治疗侧 ( 70 % )和对照侧痊愈率有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;两周后 ,治疗侧 ( 95 % )和对照侧总有效率有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :卤米松乳膏治疗皮炎湿疹类皮肤病作用强 ,起效快 ,副作用少 ,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the therapeautic effect and safety of halometasone cream in treating eczema and dermatitis.Methods: Self-single-blind control trial is applied to observe 200 cases with eczema and dermatitis.2 lesions with same damages were chosen,one side using halometasone ceram,once a day;the other side using clobetasol 17-propionate cream,twice a day. The changes of lesions during the period of 2-week therapy.Results: After a week,the symptom lightened obviously,and the side using halometasone cream lightened more obviously than that using clobetasol propionate cream. There was significant difference between recovery rates of two groups(P<0.01);two weeks later, there was significant difference between efficiency rates of two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Halometasone cream is effective and safe in treating eczema and dermatitis.更多还原
