【摘要】 目的　对急性心肌梗死 ( AMI)可疑患者检测 CK、AST和 c Tn T并进行比较 ,为 AMI的早期诊断提供较合理的检测指标。方法　对 1 2 3例高度可疑的 AMI患者在症状出现后 2 4 h内系列检测 CK、AST和 c Tn T,比较它们对 AMI诊断的敏感性和特异性 ,并进行优化组合。结果　 1在症状出现后 2 4 h内 CK、AST和 c Tn T对 AMI的敏感性分别为 89.3% ,92 .2 %和 94.2 % ;特异性分别为 80 % ,65 %和1 0 0 % ;2 CK比 AST提前出现阳性 (平均早约 1 h) ,而且升高水平明显高于 AST;3 CK与 c Tn T联合检测对 AMI的敏感性为 97.1 % ,特异性为 80 % ,AST检测没有增加其敏感性和特异性。结论　 CK与 c T-n T联合检测对 AMI具有高度的敏感性和特异性 ,在此基础上再检测 AST不会增加其敏感性和特异性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Detecting and comparing CK,AST and c Tn T in coronary sclerosis patients,to find better markers for diagnosis of acute m yocardial infarction.Methods A series of blood samples fr om 123 suspicious AMI patients were collected within 24 h after symptom onset,th en CK,AST and cTnT were detected and compared to find markers with better sensit ivity and specificity for the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.Results ①The sensitivity of CK,AST and cTnT for diagnosis of acut e myocardial infarction were respectively 89.3%,92.2% and 94.2%;the specificity were respectively 80%,65% and 100%.②CK was detected earlier than AST after sy mptom onset,and the elevated degree of CK from same specimen was higher than tha t of AST.③The sensitivity and specificity of detecting CK and cTnT in chorus fo r AMI were respectively 97.1% and 80%.And the detection of AST could not do them better.Conclusion Detection of CK and cTnT in chorus hav e a better sensitivity and specificity,and then detection of AST can not do them better.更多还原
