【Abstract】 China Ministry of Education promulgated Mathematics Course Criteria (Experimental Version) in July 2001, which had an instructional effect on the reform of elementary education courses. To perfect the Criteria, this article not only discussed the questions on whether the description of a note in the Criteria was exact or not, whether the regulation of Multiplication was reasonable, and whether it was appropriate to call Multiplier?as 揝ubmultiples? but also offered relevant suggestions of modification.更多还原
