骨复生对激素股骨头坏死家兔组织学及血浆内皮素含量影响的实验研究
Gufusheng: Experimental Studies on Its Effects on the Histology and Plasma Endotheliolysis Content of Rabbits Hormone Femoral Head Necrosis.
【摘要】 目的探讨骨复生对激素性股骨头坏死家兔组织形态学及血浆内皮素含量的影响。方法40只兔造模后分为骨复生组,马氏骨片组,模型组和空白对照组,应用骨复生治疗后观测其组织形态学及血浆内皮素含量变化。结果①激素模型组动物组织形态学检查显示骨坏死发生严重。②骨复生组动物组织形态学及内皮素含量测定显示骨坏死发生较轻。结论①激素可造成实验动物股骨头组织形态学发生变化。②骨复生可纠正这种变化。
【Abstract】 To study the effects of Gufusheng on the histology and plasma endotheliolysis content of rabbits hormone femoral head necrosis. Method: 40 rabbits after modeling were divided into Gufusheng group, Ma’s bone sclerite, model group and the blank control group to observe the changes of histomorphology and plasma endotheliolysis contents after the treatment with Gufusheng. Result:①In the hormone model group animal histomorphological examinations found severe femoral head necrosis.②In the Gufusheng group, animal histomorphology and determination of endotheliolysis indicated mild necrosis. Conclusion;①Hormones may cause the morphological changes of femoral head tissues of experimental animals.②Gufusheng may correct this changes.
