【摘要】 通过动物实验研究 ,探讨喘安对哮喘大鼠肺组织c -fos表达的影响 .方法 :建立大鼠哮喘模型 ,设立正常组、哮喘模型组、喘安治疗组 ,必可酮组 ,桂龙咳喘宁组 ,喘必组 ,治疗 36天后 ,分别测定各组肺组织c -fos阳性细胞表达的数量 .结果 :大鼠肺组织c -fos阳性细胞表达的数量在各组的数量对比关系呈 :模型组 >桂龙组 >喘安组 >必可酮组 >喘安加必可酮组 >正常组 (各项指标P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 ) .结论 :喘安治疗哮喘大鼠有效 ,可能是通过降低肺组织中c -fos阳性细胞表达的数量起效的 .更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper studies the effect of Chuan An on c-fos in asthma rats. Method: Asthma rat model was established. 56 rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal group, asthma group, Chuan An group, guilong group, Beclometasone group, and Chuan An with Beclometasone group. After 36 days, the amount of c-fos in their lung was verified. Result: the amount of c-fos in their lung showed: model group >Guilong group> Chuan An>becotide group>Chuan An adding becotide group>normal group (P<0.001 or P<0.01 ). Conclusion: Chuan An is effective in treating rat asthma, it can apparently reduce the amount of c-fos in lung.更多还原
