【Abstract】 The world is facing great challenges of international competition and new technical innovation in the 21th century, which brings forth new requirements for our education. This paper, based on our country’s education situation, expatiates on the necessity of strengthening the quality-oriented education from the points of national rejuvenation, social development and scientific advancement.
