【Abstract】 The primary cultures of hepatocytes have been extensively used as a model system to investigate liver function,including drug metabolism , hepatoxocity. In this paper, we introduced several kinds of motheds to isolate hepatocytes firstly. In the same time, we elucidated their own excellence and disadvantage, and compared the methods using differents enzymes. And then we telled how to sublimate the hepatocyte and how to evaluate the biological characters of hepatocytes. At last, we narrated the factors influcence for the culture of hepatocyte.更多还原
