【Abstract】 Capacitation and acrosome reaction is an important process in sperm maturation and in fertilization. Although capacitation and acrosome reaction are now considered to be mediated by intracellular signaling events, including protein phosphorglation, the regulation of the transduction mechamisms is poorly understood.
