【Abstract】 Quantitative analysis of the intracellular free Ca2+ concentration and the way it changes has been valuable in understanding the role of intracellular Ca2+ messenger. Considering its low concentration and spatial-temporal changes in cytoplasm, we need to inspect it in a precise, opportune and original way. Fluorescent techniques should be available, which have been rapidly developed during the last two decades, becoming one of the most significant methods to measure intracellular free Ca2+. In this paper, we introduced several fluorescent techniques, which are widely used currently. Particularly, we expatiated on one of them-the Ca2+ ratio fluorescent measurement.更多还原
