【Abstract】 An analysis and determination are made of the contents of the total protein and the components of 19 kinds of amino acids in the Acer truncatum Bunge. And the same generic plants are analyzed. The results show that there is a very high protein content in the seeds of Acer truncatum Bunge and the same generic plants. Moreover, the higher contents of Glu. and Arg. is a peculiarity of the components of amino acids in the seeds of Acer truncatum Bunge and the same generic plants.更多还原
