马先蒿属三种植物提取物对小鼠氧化损伤的影响
Effects of three pedicularis plants extracts on oxidative lesion mice
【摘要】 小鼠腹腔注射四氧嘧啶制成急性氧化损伤模型,测定不同组织及血浆中的抗氧化相关酶SOD、GSH Px,脂质过氧化产物LPO,LF以及氧化损伤相关酶AKP、ALT、AST等指标,研究了太白参、扭盔马先蒿和短茎马先蒿三种药用植物对小鼠氧化损伤的影响.结果表明,太白参、扭盔马先蒿和短茎马先蒿的正丁醇部位和水提取部位均可显著降低由四氧嘧啶引起的抗氧化酶活性的异常升高,肝损伤及体内脂质过氧化产物的积累,抑制肝指数的异常降低.太白参、扭盔马先蒿和短茎马先蒿正丁醇提取部位和水提取部位均具有较好的抗氧化作用.
【Abstract】 To study on the anti-oxidative effect of BuOH extracts and water extracts from P. decora ,P. davidii and P.artselaer, the acute oxidative lesion mice model is induced by peritoneal injection alloxan, enzyme relevant with anti-oxidative such as SOD, GSH-Px, the lipid hydroperoxide product such as LPO,LF, and other enzyme relevant with oxidative lesion such as AKP, ALT, AST is detected to observe the effect of different medicine. The results show that the BuOH extracts and water-extracts of P. decora, P. davidii and P.artselaeri can significantly decrease the abnormal rise of ALT, AST, AKP, LPO, SOD, GSH-Px, Hb and LF caused by oxidative lesion, and obviously inhibit abnormal decrease of liver index. It indicates that P. decora, P. davidii and P. artselaeri extracts have good anti-oxidative effects.
