载气强化热虹吸垂直管传热研究
Enhancement of heat transfer in vertical thermosiphon tube
【摘要】 将空气作为载气,研究了水 空气物系及不同浓度羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)水溶液在不同的真空度和载气流速条件下其平均传热膜系数的变化规律.结果表明,平均传热膜系数随着载气流速的增加而增大,载气流速较小时,平均传热膜系数增加较大;当载气流速达到一定程度时,其变化趋缓;同时平均传热膜系数随着真空度及CMC浓度的增加而降低.将载气强化传热的关联式对实验数据进行了预测,计算结果与实验值吻合较好,其偏差介于-31.581%~+23.077%之间,平均误差为13.17%.
【Abstract】 The experimental apparatus of vertical thermosiphon tube is set up, with air being introduced to enhance heat transfer. Water and CMC aqueous solution are used to conduct the experiments in the apparatus with (22×3.5) mm 1 500 mm long tube. The results show that the average heat transfer coefficients increase with increasing the air velocity, decrease with increasing the CMC concentrations and the vacuum. The average heat transfer coefficients increase quickly as at first air velocity increase and then it goes up smoothly. The correlation presented by previous work is used to predict the average heat transfer coefficients (-31.581%~+23.077%, average error 13.17%). The calculated results show good agreement with the experimental data.
