【摘要】 为了解苏、锡、常地区普通中学课余田径训练的开展现状 ,找出苏、锡、常地区普通中学开展课余田径训练存在的问题 ,提出发展苏、锡、常地区普通中学课余田径训练的对策 ,随机抽取苏、锡、常地区30所普通中学的 30 0名田径运动员、30名教练员 ,进行问卷调查、访谈和座谈等。结果表明 :不同学校在场地、设施方面有很大的差别 ;中学开展课余田径训练尚未被社会完全接受 ;运动员选材不合理 ;运动员淘汰率较高 ;运动训练质量低。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to know and analysis the situation of track and field training in the schools of Suzhou, Wuxi and Changzhou, and put forward strategy for them,300 track men and 30 drillmasters in 30 common middle schools of these three districts as sample were surveyed by questionnaire or visiting. Results indicate that these schools have great improved in ground and equipment, but their after-school training is not completely accepted by society, athletes selecting is not reasonable, the ratio of athletes washing out is high, but the training quality is low.更多还原
