【摘要】 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法、观摩法、实践法等 ,对普通高校学生足球裁判员培养体系进行研究。指出 :普通高校学生足球裁判员奇缺 ,尽快建立健全普通高校学生足球裁判员培养体系势在必行 ;现代大学为建立健全普通高校学生足球裁判员培养体系提供了良好的条件 ;构建培养体系的关键是领导的重视 ,相关部门的积极配合与分工协作 ,重点与难点是有关政策、制度的落实和经费的保障 ;培养体系实施的基本原则是 ,课外与课内相结合 ,理论与实践相结合 ,集中培训与分散指导相结合 ,中心环节是学生裁判员的选拔与培养。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article deals with the system of training the student football referees in university with such scientific research methods as documents , questionnaire, interview ,statistics, observation and practice. Conclusion :since the student football referees in university are in great need ,it is highly necessary to establish the training system as soon as possible;modern universities have possessed all the qualification for the system;The key to the establishment of the training system is the great attention of the P.E. leaders and the coordination with the related departments. The focal point is the fulfillment of the related policies and the supply of the funds;The basic principle of the system is the combination of in-class and out-class training ,of theory and practice and of centralized training and individual coaching.
