弧形闸门支臂受力计算分析
Analysis And Computation of Stressing on Gate Arm of Radial Gate
【摘要】 弧形闸门主要由门叶、止水、支臂、支铰、门槽埋设件、启闭机几部分组成。支臂是闸门受力传力的唯一构件,支臂受力分析计算是弧形闸门设计的关键。目前弧形闸门支臂结构设计计算一般均采用安徽院图解法和高校图解法两种,前者虽考虑止水摩阻力,但没考虑摩阻力方向,后者两者均没有考虑,设计过程中通过工程实例计算比较,认为全面考虑止水摩阻力和受力方向更为合理。
【Abstract】 A radial gate is composed of gate leaf, seal, gate arm, articulated gate shoe, built-in fitting of gate slot and head stock gear etc. Gate arm is the unique component that plays the role of stressing and transmission stressing. Consequently, the analysis and computation of stressing on gate arm of radial gate is crucial to the design of it. By the computation of a practical project example, the author of this paper puts forward an idea that is more rational to take account of the friction force of the seal and the force directions in general.
