【Abstract】 The Kosjakov empirical formula, used to compute the infiltration loss of channel is an adoptable formula that is included in "Code for design of irrigation and drainage engineering" GB50288-99. These years, some different viewpoints have already been brought forward in some papers in the field of irrigation and drainage engineering.
