【摘要】 本系统选择了对中期天气预报时效具有较好应用价值的数值分析预报产品资料和上级指导预报产品资料作为预报因子,利用统计释用和诊断分析方法,建立阳泉分县温度和降水预报模型,制作24h、48h、72h、96h、120h5个时效的分县最高、最低温度和晴雨逐日滚动预报。采用VB编程,实现便于实时查看的可视化预报结果输出和Micaps格式的预报指导产品上网文件输出。更多还原

【Abstract】 The system chosed data of numerical analysis forecast product which had better application value for medium-term forecast and upper instruction forecast product as the predictor,established temperature and precipitation forecast model for each county in Yangquan using method of statistics released and diagnostic analysis,manufactured highest/lowest temperature and fine/rain forecast in 5 periods of 24h, 48h, 72h, 120h etc for each county day by day.The system programed in VB language and realized the visible output of forecast result and net file output of instruction product formatted in Micaps.更多还原
