【摘要】 为了扩大种质资源的范围,利用烟草和异种属的物种资源进行远缘杂交已成为烟草育种的发展趋势,而对于克服烟草远缘杂交不育或育性较低的问题。实验利用了常规育种的方法进行先嫁接再有性杂交,并对后代进行酯酶同工酶的分析。结果表明,此方法在一定程度上不但提高了远缘杂交的结实率,而且在后代中含有父本的遗传物质,从而为烟草品种的改良,新品种的培育开辟了新的途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to extend the range of the germ-plasm , it was the trend to make use of the wild species with tobacco distant hybridization. However, there were questions of barrenness and low-birth of hybridization.To answer these questions,this experiment has exploited the optional technology for tobacco distant hybridization including using the grafted tobacco plants and hybridization.In this way,in a sense,it did not only improve the hybridization incompatibility,but also a new path for the improvement of tobacco and the new nybrid had been proved with the esterase isoenzyme.更多还原
