【摘要】 以MAPGIS在县级土地利用总体规划编制和管理中的应用为研究对象,通过分析县级土地利用总体规划信息系统建设的研究现状和存在的问题,对该系统构建的技术路线、总体构建、内容等进行了研究。结果表明:县级土地利用总体规划信息系统建设应以土地利用现状数据库为基础,以土地利用规划基础数据库、模型库、编制和管理等子系统的研究为重点。并初步提出了该系统建设的思路、目标、任务、总体构建和主要内容,以及在今后的系统建设中应解决的问题,为该系统的建设进行了有益的探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper aims at the application of GIS in organization and management of County Land General Use Planning. Through analyzing its actuality and problems at present, the paper goes on researching on the technical route, general frame, and contents of this system. We think that the system’s construction should base on the database of Land Use Actuality, and should pay emphasis on the basal database, model base, organization and management systems of Land Use Planning. The author primarily puts forward the thread, aim, task, general frame and main contents of the system construction as well as the problems that should be solved in the future, which is helpful to its construction.更多还原
