低碳球铁及其性能
Low Carbon Spherodial Graphite Cast Iron and It’s Properties
【摘要】 低碳球铁是一种介于钢与铸铁之间的新材料,经过由某些公认的球化及反球化元素共同组成的SX变质剂变质处理以后,石墨以细小圆整的球状析出。对于这种新材料的性能、组织特点进行了实验研究。发现这种新型铸铁具有较高的抗拉强度与冲击韧性,可以作为耐磨材料来使用。
【Abstract】 Low carbon spherodial graphite cast iron is a new metal material between steel and cast iron.When it is treated by SX inoculants which is composed of spheroiding and anti-spheroiding elements in common, the graphite are formed as nodule. In this paper, the structure and properties of the new material are studied,finding that this kind of new iron casting possesses higher tensile strength and pounding tenacity, and it can be regarded as the wear-resisting material to use.
