Φ42M沉降槽底板的焊接变形控制方法
The Methods of Controlling the Welding Deformations of Φ42M Settler’s Base Plate
【摘要】 文章对大型沉降槽底板焊接变形的原因进行了分析 ,并提出了合理的安装和焊接顺序 ,有效地控制了槽底的焊接变形。
【Abstract】 This paper makes analyses on the causes of the welding deformations of large-sized settler’s base plate,and puts forward rational erecting and welding subsequences,which effectively control the welding deformations of the base plate of the settler.
