大型沉降槽底板的焊接变形控制方法
Method to Prevent Bottom Plate of Large Scale Sedimentation Cupboard from Welding Distortion
【摘要】 对大型沉降槽底板焊接变形的原因进行了分析 ,并提出了合理的安装和焊接顺序 ,有效地控制了槽底的焊接变形。
【Abstract】 The reasons of welding distortion for the bottom plate of large sedimentation cupboard is analyzed.The optimum assembling procedure and welding sequence are established and welding distortion has been effectively controlled.
